JCS Home Services came out to clean our dryer vent. They were very professional and explained everything they were going to do beforehand. They were very thorough and when they were done explained everything they found during the cleaning. They cleaned up all the lint both inside and outside the house. I highly recommend JCS Home Services.

JCS is outstanding! We had our dryer vent cleaned and, most recently, our HVAC vents throughout the house. What a HUGE difference! The air in the house immediately smelled cleaner and the HVACs are working more efficiently. The crew (Logan and Michael) were exceptionally professional and courteous. The staff at JCS had wonderful communication with calling ahead of time to confirm the appointment. We will always use JCS and highly recommend!

We enjoyed outstanding chimney service today. Pat and Hawk were punctual, professional and knowledgable throughout the inspection and level 1 cleaning process. They provided a thorough assessment of the chimney condition as well as potential solutions to needed repairs. Please know that we will surly recommend JCS Services to friends and family. We had both a chimney clean/repair and the dryer vent cleaning services in our home. The guys who came were extremely professional, thorough and efficient on both jobs. Their office is also very good at communicating about quotes, prices and scheduling. We actually got a lower quote from a different company for the dryer vent cleaning and still chose JCS because our experience with the chimney service was so good. Highly recommend!

Disappointed that the services I had asked for were not properly scheduled. Also, my gas fireplace was to be cleaned, but I was told it that was not needed (although charged for an inspection). The bottom part of the fireplace where the gas hookup is, apparently is not part of the cleaning service. The service people, however were professional, on time and quick.
