I booked a carpet cleaning with another company, they came in and looked at my nasty carpet and said they didn’t do the type of cleaning my carpets needed. So I called around and as expected no one could make it out that day. Most companies were booked three weeks out. I was facing having to rent a machine and try doing it myself. Fortunately Jem Clean had a cancellation just minutes after I spoke with their rep. Gabe our technician arrived about 20 minutes later. He spot treated pet stains and heavy traffic areas. He was friendly, personable and professional!!! He did a fantastic job! He got every little nook and crevice. I can’t thank Jem Clean enough! Above and beyond service!! Just look at those grime lines! Unreal! Thank you!!

Absolutely awesome. The carpet felt plush when I walked on it, just like when it was new. I would highly recommend Jem Clean to anyone who has carpet. They were in and out less than 2 hours and a good price for cleaning 3 bedroom & the hallway. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way we'll deserved!!
