We had a leak from our water heater for an undetermined amount of time, and were working with insurance and contractors and getting estimates...it was a whole mess. And through it all, Jensen's was patient, flexible with scheduling to accommodate the contractors, and so fast and thorough with communication. I sent them a picture of our old water heater and they gave me the install price over email, which was fair and affordable. The team that took the old unit, stuck around for the drywall repair, and put the new unit in we're kind, funny, and careful, and complimented our emergency plumbing solutions at a time I needed a win. This is the second time Jensen's has come in clutch when we've found a leak and repaired it, and then some, for a fair price. They are our go-to company.

Outstanding service! Called for septic service and they were at my house before I could get there. I am impressed how fast they responded. Getting a quote for drive way material. I highly recommend Jensen's.

Unprofessional service. Woodstock Jensens is a waste of TIME. Our family waited a month to have a home rodding of the sanitary sewer performed and the job was never completed. We received a quote for service on April 2nd only to be told, our appointment needed to be changed due to other service emergencies. The follow up date came, and went because Jensens needed to reschedule. Today is now the day of service (April 24th), but the two techs present don’t know HOW to perform the service mentioning the original tech “Nick” who came to our property is out of office today. We spoke directly with Jen, in the office, who is VERY unprofessional. Very inept company. I didn't want to leave any stars, but I couldn't post without at least one. This is a long post, but it is necessary to show what a joke Jensen's made of a simple air conditioning installation. I couldn't be more disgusted with a company. We have used Jensen's for our rental property and our home for the past 5 years, at least. When our air conditioning system failed on June 12, we called Jensen's. First, we were unable to get through to the company because our calls were continually going to a voice mail for someone who retired from the company. I had to go to the store to arrange a service call. That should have been my first indication to go elsewhere. A technician came to our home for a service call.
