Excellent customer service both Sharissa and Kathy. Mike and Christian our installers were both professional and very meticulous with regards to the backsplash installation.

Rilea and Kathy were very helpful. They showed knowledge and patience. Marty did a great install job, although he and Judd did not clean and return some of my items used in the install.

Excellent customer service, which makes them the best tile store in the area! I've stopped in on a few occasions and each time, the employees have been so helpful and friendly. They work to show you different ideas and coordinating colors that match your project samples (which really helps, when you're facing a sea of choices and you're not familiar with all of them but they are!). Their showroom is beautiful and spotless and their prices are good, too.
