Josh Brown and Manuel Cruz did an outstanding job. Before and after photos speak for themselves. Josh and Manuel were very professional yet friendly. Josh kept me informed of each step and even allowed me to go in the crawl space to see for myself. Of course I had 50 questions which he took the time to explain. Not once did he get upset or say I was in the way. I looked forward to them showing up on time each day. I even got a notice to confirm their location and travel route to my house. My crawlspace was a disaster, a place I avoided going unless absolutely necessary. I knew we had some significant problems with the joists for the house, and probably some mold as well. A prior owner had allowed a water leak to go on so long that it rotted out several joists. The renovation done to the house prior to my purchase wasn’t done very well, and there was a significant part of the floor that sagged noticeably. Update: JES reached out to me and addressed my concerns. They sent out a completely different crew to address the issues and completed the job as originally explained. The second crew was only supposed to be here for a few hours to fill in a trench with gravel but ended up taking two more days to complete. So an encapsulation that was only suppose to take three days turned into five. I’m not upset as I assume the second crew was about as impressed with the first crews job as I was and made sure the job was done correctly the second time. I am very satisfied with the second crews work. JES fixed the issues and completed the work they said they were going to do I just wish it’d been done right the first time.
