I found Jetcity Plumbing via Yelp when I was sourcing multiple quotes for a water mains pipe replacement. Donny reached back out to me promptly. He was respectful and provided a very competitive estimate. After securing the project, Donny shared a detailed plan for every aspect of the project with me and scheduled to fit my week. The project was completed as planned and everything was restored to its original state with care. What really stuck with me was how respectful Donny was. Donnie cam out late in the afternoon to look at our plumbing problems. Sent us a bid that night. We accepted. He was back early Monday with all the fixtures we needed. Work was extensive: cutting out the leaking pipes and faucets in the laundry room and replacing them with fixtures that meet current codes. He had also found the exact replacement for our broken shower faucet and installed it. We were certainly pleased with the work and the price was reasonable. He's also a really pleasant guy to work with. He will be the plumber we call the next time we need one.

Donny from Jet City Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my undermount sink. The old sink was incorrectly installed with permanent glue, but he found a smart solution, removed it safely, cleaned the hardened adhesive, and installed the new sink properly. Everything works great now and I avoided replacing the countertop. He communicated clearly and explained everything after the job. Highly recommend!

Jet City Plumbing was great. Shower water was not getting hot because it was tied together in the same system with the radiant heatiing system. Donny was able to identify the issue and willing to work late to redo the plumbing to separate the radiant heating and water system. Glad to have a hot shower again. Great locally owned business. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Donny! He has worked on big and small projects for us; managing a very big multi-week joint sewer line replacement, and dual water line replacement between my neighbor and I. He has also reset a leaking toilet and replaced our kitchen faucet.
