Jet Dry

Our house is 40 years old. We never had the heating ducts cleaned and earlier this year I did a construction project in my basement that included drywall and drywall dust. I figured it was time. I spoke to Rick Drexler on the phone and he explained the whole process, and we scheduled a date a few weeks out to have them come and clean the ducts. The three man crew showed up at 9 AM and were very courteous – they all introduced themselves by name which is nice if you’re going to have a crew in your house for 3 to 4 hours. Emilio was the foreman, but they were all nice and helpful explaining what they were doing as they go through your whole house. Walt and his team at Jet Dry made a difficult situation a lot easier. After our basement flooded, we contacted Walt and he came the same day to assess the damage and get us started with fans and a dehumidifier. When his team, Emilio, Garfield and Jacob, arrived they introduced themselves and treated us and our home with respect and kindness. They listened to us, communicated what they were doing and worked hard to remove the damaged items in our basement quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Jet Dry to anyone needing help with remediation from basement flooding.

JET DRY.....Amazing! Friendly, courteous, and patient ...Walt came out within the hour of my initial call to assess my issue since my water heater soaked my finished basement. I ask a million questions and walt patiently answered them. He was very informative and explained the process to me. . He and or his crew always show up and communicate...they went above and beyond to be sure my basement was dry even with the hiccups inbetween. They handled all my belongings with care...they are very professional and polite. Walt also recommended some contractors to hel0 me with other issues so I can begin to rebuild my basement back into the cozy living area it was.. Thank you Walt and Jet Dry crew! Great company...I do recommend! I will call for other services in the future..

I had some mold issues in my attick i never dealt with mold and was not sure who too call but thank god I chose Jet Dry . They are the ones too call if you are experiencing mold issues . they came out in a timely manner did their assessment let me know right away what I needed to get done answered all my questions definitely a company I highly recommend to go through .I also highly recommend Matt , Edgar and Jake as they were the three young men that came too my home treated me with nothing but up right respect answered all my questions that needed to be answered and went right into working on the mold they did an awesome job i give them a 10 plus !!!

We've had two services from Jet Dry - Restoration after a plumbing leak & Air Duct Cleaning... We were pleased with the Quality Results . Jet Dry crew members are personable and hard working . They made it a priority to communicate with us throughout the process which was important to us.
