The plumber installed shut off valves at two sinks but within a day or so the plumbing failed, blew out an older pipe, causing a massive leak and flooded our bathroom, hallway and other rooms. The response was that the valves created added pressure. We feel they should have known this could happen and warned us about the pressure and recommended an upgrade to the other plumbing components when installing the shut off valves. The flood required major repairs of flooring, professional water remediation, etc. The plumber involved should have all of his work checked and supervised by a knowledgeable and trained plumber. We do NOT recommend this company.

JHL has the best handyman ever. The owner is so experienced and fix my problem right away. Their staff are always very polite and respond right away. We will absolutely continue to use them!!
