Door Replacement. These folks were fairly priced, timely, and extremely polite. Their work was excellent.

Tried to hire this outfit in 2010 and they never got back with pricing so I hired someone else. Fast forward to March 2024 - They came out to price the installation of 4 windows that I purchased. Got price from them and agreed the next day. Communication stopped then. I was told I would have windows installed within 2 weeks. It's now over 2 months and Steve stopped returning calls. Strike 2 - you're out.

I contacted them several weeks ago about a bathroom upgrade. Owner did stop by and give me a verbal estimate (NOT WRITTEN). Told him best time would be the last week of July.. we will be there was the response. Stopped by to check last Friday to confirm. MONDAY NO SHOW. Stopped by, tommor, Nonshow Wednesday no show. As of today7/29 no show. If you call no answer, leave a message. No return call. I am done. To say the least NOT HAPPY

Contacted them about reframing and replacing our front door back in May. Came out right away, gave us an unwritten estimate, said they would get back to us with a written estimate. Tried calling them 3 more times and still no estimate or call back.

They won't show up--they give you an estimate, tell you they will be out in week--then disappear! It's been 2.5 months and we can barely get them to respond to phone calls. Take your business elsewhere.
