Jim Russell Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

We have used Jim Russell for plumbing twice this year. Both times they responded quickly, came right away. Did a great job, cleaned up, and the price was fair. We will call them anytime we have a plumbing or HVAC repair need. Great company.

Have used Jim Russell many times in the last year and they are always prompt with scheduling the needed services. Most recently I needed a furnace replaced and they got it done the next day in the middle of a week of freezing temps. Andrew went above and beyond and even brought a couple heaters from his home for clients to use to keep warm that night until work could be completed. Thank you!!

We've had a very poor experience twice with this company. First time they came to give us a quote on a furnace, measured the space, asked if we had got other quotes, to which we said yes and named who gave said quote, they said "we can't beat their quote, we'll send a quote to your email" we never got an email with a quote, so went with the other company. Second time, they came to look at our water heater not firing, took it apart, told my wife "you need to call the manufacturer and have them tell you what part you need and send it and we'll come back and install the part," left without putting it back together and then sent us an invoice for a "service call," which I refused to pay because they did nothing but tell me to call the manufacturer AND left my water heater in pieces. Well... I tried to use them... I wanted a quote for a New Heat Pump - Two weeks ago I asked for someone to come out and give me prices on a new system. Derek, the owner of the company, and another guy came out the next day, looked at my existing system and said he would send me a quote. Never heard from him. I called last week and spoke to the woman who answers the phone during business hours. She said she would have him call. Again, no call. Heat Pumps cost several thousand dollars, one would think a small independent company would like to make a sale like that. Apparently not.
