We could not be more pleased with the quality of the carpet and vinyl tile we purchased and the service we received. They spent a great deal of time with us helping us make choices right for our needs and desires. The installation process was very professional and quick. They were very prompt, showing up exactly to the minute of the scheduled appointments. They thoroughly cleaned up each day until the job was complete. Prices for both the flooring and installation were very reasonable and well explained. We highly recommend Jiimmy's Carpet for all your flooring needs. Our job was completed in June 2025.

Called to get service for a custom one of nonprofit mental health project. Staff wouldn't let me explain what i needed only that the product came in a 12 ft minimum width. I needed a 'remenant' which I had been assured by another sales person they could help us with. The person we spoke with today wouldn't listen, spoke over us repeatedly, and eventually hung up on us as we tried to explain the situation. She simply was NOT willing to listen versus demanding what they could do. I will never do business with a company that doesn't value their client nor their community that makes it possible for them to thrive. I'll give my money, and support to thos who provide service. We decided to give Jimmy's a test run. If the job went well, we would hope to have them refloor our entire house including 2nd level. We purchased two floors; one wood & one vinyl. If the kitchen vinyl floor was all we had ordered, I imagine this review would be a 5; unfortunately we purchased hardwood for our living room. As the ugly floor went down even the installers were like, "yeah, there's no way this is right?" By the end of the job we were left with several hurt feelings, exhausted tempers, multiple missed days @ work, and offered a meager $200 buy-off to accept a living room floor we don't love. Jimmy offered to replace 6 of the 20 or 30 some odd ugly boards(style is terribly misrepresented by the vendor) and I believe he was able to complete 2-3 which didn't do much good. By th

I needed a new floor for my family room. I had never been in Jimmy's Carpet but decided to stop in one day. Judy greeted me and showed me the different flooring options they offered. She laid out on the floor the samples I liked so I could make my final choice. She also insisted that I take my sample home to see how it went with my walls and furniture. Jimmy, himself, measured my floor, and then Judy called me with the final cost for everything I needed. The day the laminate flooring was delivered, they arrived 2 minutes earlier than the time I was quoted. Three days later, the installation team also arrived earlier than expected. Jimmy's Carpet has done many projects for me over the years. My latest project involved moving furniture, removing carpet, installing hardwood flooring and replacing furniture. They did a wonderful job. They were on time, polite, professional, took care of my property and cleaned daily. They even offered to help put felt pads on the furniture. The workmanship was excellent and they took pride in their work. Pricing was reasonable and I like supporting local businesses. I would definitely hire them again and I highly recommend.
