JM Mastro paving

As much as I hate putting a “not so great” review I must only be fair and say it’s in my professional opinion (owner of small business myself) that customer service was notoriously misused with poor quality and taste. My husband hired JM Mastro for a FULL TEAR OUT. Jim refused to come back to the job site after his crew BOTCHED our driveway (Pictures below) My husband wasn’t happy with the job and called Jim to come over and just take a look at it and address some of my husband’s complaints/concerns. Instead of just coming over and quickly taking a look and ease his client’s concern (he lives very close proximity) he made it personal and he got mad. Not only did he made it personal but called my husband a few selected names and made excuses as to why he couldn’t come see the job due to his

They did an excellent job and went above and beyond by taking some of the dirt and topping off a project we had unrelated to the driveway.

I have worked with JM Mastro on a number of projects and the company have always done an excellent job with a very competitive pricing. I would highly recommend anyone with a job (Big or Small) to call JM Mastro.
