I purchased a brand new construction home from JMG Homes in the Timber Banks Baldwinsville development in the fall of 2025. Shortly after move in water intrusion through insulation covered basement walls and foundation cracks were discovered. This is an issue that is explicitly covered under their written warranty. Despite citing the exact warranty provisions and providing notice, the company has failed to honor its obligations. Water has continued to enter through the walls, creating conditions that raise serious concerns about mold behind the insulation. Requests for proper repair have not been addressed, and proposed solutions have not met industry standards or New York State’s legal requirements, which mandate that warranty repairs fully correct defects and be performed in a skillful,

This company was a big disappointment to work with. Not only was the construction of our house delayed, the professionalism of this company was horrendous. Main project manager showed up over 20 minutes late to the meeting we had with the electrician. He didn't even bring the building plans of our home to look at with the electrician. Several things were mishandled which costed us more money. There was miscommunication about our shower being ordered with the glass company when they claimed the glass company never made our shower so it was their fault. I called the glass company and they said they never received a work order from them. On top of all of this, our master bathroom tiles were installed incorrectly. We have been trying to get them to fix it for over a year, and still nothing. It

Do not buy from these people! Horrible business practices and don’t stand behind their work.

Great company. Good people there. Do great work and great to work for as well. Owner is down to earth person. Will work with people to build what they want.
