We are happy with our cabinets, the installation process and the price we paid! We would recommend J&N cabinets over and over!

J&N charged us over $17,000 for 9 cabinets, 7 drawers and a pull out spice tray, and the largest piece was a small to medium island base. The owners refused to put the handles on, which we knew nothing about the measureing and placement of handles etc. I didn't want to pay them until they were finished, but they kept insisting saying that the person they get the cabinets from, wants to be paid immediately. We gave in and paid for the cabinets and we realized afterward that the soft close hinges that we ordered for these custom cabinet doors were not installed. Needless to say, everytime I close the cabinets, it's a real struggle for me, a real process because I blame myself for handing over the money before noticing the error. Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Rude and wouldn’t give times for delivery. I’ve never seen such unprofessional behavior in my life as a human. Lady at the front should be working in the basement away from the public. Beware
