The Roof Doctor

I'm very disappointed that I have to write this. I got a decently installed metal roof, and it looks good. However, my gutters took a beating last winter, and now they might be coming off. The reason, of course, is that The Roof Doctor failed to install the snow stoppers, which are included in my contract. I'm sure I'll be issuing a lawsuit against The Roof Doctor soon. They blocked my number or disconnected the main line. Refuse to refund the cost of the damages or return my calls. Professional responsibility is nonexistent with The Roof Doctor, so I don't recommend them for service.

The Roof Doctor is an excellent choice for roof repairs or replacement. In my particular case, I had a bad roof that had caused a lot of interior damage. The people at the Roof Doctor we phenomenal at replacing my while roof. The end result is in thepicture, but the picture does not show the excellent attention to detail and professional craftsmanship. I am truly grateful for the team at the roof doctor because my roof now is functional and complete. I highly recommend the Roof Doctor for your roofing needs.

I had them come out in March and give me an estimate! Took them 3 months to get it to me! Then I approved the estimate and they still have not come and fixed it! There is an elderly lady that has water pouring in on her when it rains and I told them that still nothing. Have called for days no answer and when I do talk to them they lie oh it will be this week each time nothing has got done! This is now almost the end of June! I’m calling Alpha construction in Summersville! They always do a good job! Never again will I use the roof doctor!

I was very impressed with the speed of the replacement from quote, to start, to finish. The team is a hardworking group that took care of my property with respect and care. The roof looks great and again, completed a tear off and replacement for my home and exterior garage in about a day and a half. Joe's work on the front end with the quoting and estimate process was excellent. I appreciated his work with my insurance company as well, one less thing for me to do. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks Joe, Larry, and the entire team.

Paid to do a commercial roof over 40k and roof leaks and been informed it was a crap job done. Now will not take call
