We have been using Orkin for over 20 years and their service technician Troy Powell is hands down the best. He always ask if there is any specific needs or concerns and always assures us if we need him between visits do not to hesitate and call. We would recommend Troy 100 percent of the time.

Troy has serviced our commercial property for the last 10+ years. 17 apartments 4 commercial properties for all types of infestation from rodents to bedbugs. It was nice that the technician arrived about an hour early and fully explained the process. He went on to say he would follow up to make sure the issue was resolved. Very polite and professional service which is rare these days.

i’ve been having a roach problem since i moved in 4 months ago & my property manager sucks and hasn’t helped addressing the issue. so i took matters into my own hands and called orkin they reached back out to me & next morning Eric Faucett came! He was very professional, he gave me knowledge about what he’s doing & how it all works & was very friendly!! that was just my first treatment and i’m already impressed. i’d highly recommend orkin!
