I called in the early morning. I was able to get an appointment the same day between 10 and 1pm I was promised. Gamez & Steven explained everything they did for me. They also gave me a quote for a new air conditioner and furnace when I asked as mine is dated 12/1989. The men were kind and kept their work area clean. Very respectful of my home. They installed my thermostat I had purchased elsewhere when I asked the scheduler if they installed thermostats purchased by the customer. I was assured I I would only be charged labor and any materials used. I asked them half-joking If they would move the thermostat out of the hall into the living room. They said yes! Thee Techs had an emergency repair that kept them longer than anticipated. The office was very good at keeping me informed about their progress. When they finally made it to my house they were very efficient in servicing my unit. Jorge went over everything with me after the work was completed and told me about a problem with the heater side of my unit. He had already talked to the office and they were working on a solution. They will get back with me. This was my first time using Joe’s Comfort Air but it will not be my last. I give the front office and technicians an A++. The tech came today to fix the heater side of my unit. They looked at it and found it was only a couple of loose wires. Had it fixed in no time. Been with them 7yrs. Ever since I moved to Texas. In the 7yrs. Their policy's Haven't changed one bit. Knowable, caring, for their climate. Took the time from the beginning.(never lived a mobile home) they took the time to tell me about living in a mobile home. Left a 3 bedroom home. What to expect. What to do. I personally would and do, recommend their company.

Joe's Comfort Air did a great job installing a new A/C unit and a used Coleman furnace we purchased. They removed our old furnace and A/C units. They put down cardboard on the floor to protect it. They installed for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Joe's Comfort Air for your Heating and Cooling needs.
