Sears Appliance Repair

Wonderful after a couple of trys...The repairman called me about the schedule to install refrigerator part. He is courteous, patient & quite knowledgeable. He went above & beyond his assigned work. He fixed the trays inside my fridge, 'cuz I had separated all the shelves to wash & some were wrong so he put them together & viola, done. Thank you. He does deserve 5 stars.

Technician was friendly but after he left I noticed the base portion of my oven was not in place or it's broken. I called him about 5 min after he left to the numbet he called me from but no answer.

Tech came didn't fine anything wrong. I put my regular of clothes to wash and the machine did not spin all the water out tried it 3 Times to drain and spin and nothing happen took all my clothes out wet then reset it empty and it spinned and drained completely don't understand why or what is wrong with it.

My Whirlpool refrigerator is 3.5 years old. Called Sears and the tech told me to get rid of frig that it needed a compressor and the cost would be $900.00. Got a second opinion from Appliance Tech. He repaired it. Only needed freon. Tech was moaning and groaning all the time he was going through the motion of working on my frig. Do not use Sears Repair. Roberto Cisneros Weslaco Texas

Worst experience ever tech was trying to sale my Parents a package they where offering for 49.99 for cleaning the coils I was telling him why was he charging if we had insurance and I did get mad because my dad is in a wheelchair and I don’t like when people take advantage of the situation and he was closing up what he had open the panel in the back and put the refrigerator back and said he was going to called it in again. Never told me what was wrong with but I told him. I needed to be fix because my dad is diabetic and need the incline in the refrigerator working not caring about my dads Situation .. I felt he could have gone different route not trying to help us just come and take advantage of the situation to make extra money. What is the point of having insurance if you’re technical
