I hired John G Webster to install a mini-split system in our old, tall, small house in D.C. They were one of the few companies who immediately understood what I wanted and had great ideas for working in the small spaces of our home. The process was essentially seamless. Bryan was always easy to contact and to communicate with, and the crew who installed the system were very respectful of our home, kept me informed throughout the process, and worked hard every minute they were here. My furnace stopped working recently and I called Webster, my long-time HVAC contractor. My office contacts, Krystal and Ashley, were helpful throughout the process of arranging in-home appointments and follow-up. Special kudos to technician Sammy, who was timely, courteous, and able to diagnose the problem (a burnt-out part), recommend a solution, and fix that problem within a few days (a new part needed to be ordered). Whole house mini split system install. I recently had three through-the-wall AC/Heat units removed and a Mitsubishi mini-split system installed in my two-story two bedroom condo. Josh and the crew from John Webster did an excellent job. They perfectly coordinated the electrical and mason subcontractors, dealt with all the permitting and approvals from the condo association, and executed the entire project timely and swiftly. I am so pleased. The whole crew was super pleasant to work with and very conscientious in my space. They adeptly navigated the requirements of the condo association and the quirkiness of the building. Bonus points for hooking me up with an outstanding drywaller to finish the project. We’ve counted on the John G Webster Co for a few years now bc their techs have made it work every time for us. Last summer & earlier this week we worked with Jose.
