John provided emergency plumbing service for my mom today and was fantastic! He arrived in less than two hours, was professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced—especially for a Saturday call. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs!

Called several plumbers to fix a drain leak, one charged us to look at but would never return our call for repair. The other came out to look but would never answer call to return for repair. John and John came out the same day we called and repaired the leak at a fair price. They will be our go to plumbers from now on! Thank you John and John plumbing.

This was our first time using John and John. They did a great job repairing a leaky bath tub faucet. John Sr. was fantastic. They will be our plumbers moving forward.

I want to express how impressed I was with John & John associates! Customer service is top notch, friendly and communicate well! The fellas worked diligently and in a timely manner getting my pipes unclogged that had been an issue for 4 years!! I hadnt been able to do laundry and it was so inconvenient without it! They were so kind and efficient and didn't make me feel ashamed for waiting so long. The price was very reasonable considering all they had to do to replace some pipes. Now, the water drains with ease! And i can wash my clothes and not worry about it over flowing. I have tears of joy! Thank you! Thank you!! 😭😭 JJ is highly reccomended!

Installed a Lift-station pump in 2019 by putting electrical plugin cord inside the tank so that lid would not close. In 2021 this failed, they then refused to respond to calls for repair. Very unprofessional. Told me two days in a row "will have John call you when he gets in." Never received a call. On third day, routed me to Travis who said I'd have to talk to Kelcy, who then said "will need to be after hours", hence $100 extra. Poor quality. Poor customer service.
