David went above and beyond! I discovered that my crawl space had flooded when my cat, Kricket, jumped down the hole and I heard a splash. She snuck past me when I was in the closet getting paper towels. She was rightfully terrified but jumped on top of some duct work so she was not treading water. We called Kinetics to help us remove the water. David helped me set up the sump pump and even helped me connect longer tubing exiting into the yard to make the process more efficient. (I was using the kitchen sink to drain the water before he got there). David was very knowledgeable, discovered the failed sump pump, and walked us through our options for what we can do after we drain the crawl space. Then when I told him about Kricket being trapped down there he volunteered to rescue her! After 6

My 90 year old dad’s pipes were frozen After waiting on Basset all day to help, I called Kinetics at 5 pm on a Saturday! Dalton drove over an hour and learned quickly that it was the meter that was frozen and took care of it! He was so kind to dad and followed up with me that all was taken care of. Dad appreciated his kindness and knowledgeable service a lot, for the snow storm was coming in!!, I was extremely grateful since I am 14 hours away!! Highly recommend!!🙌🏽🙌🏽

I'm a little late on the review. Dave and Christopher came out for a major back-up. They did the necessary to get rid of the problem but also kept digging and found the real problem. They weren't terribly busy so they stayed and fixed it that day. Had to dig up my outside line and replace the section from the clean-out to the house. Everything worked out great. Price was reasonable. I would recommend Kinetics to anyone with plumbing issues.

Great service! The team worked tirelessly to complete our new septic and plumbing for our home. Chandler, Ariel, Dave, Dalton, Travis, and Preston were wonderful—kind, hardworking, and easy to work with. Dalton, Chandler, and Joey also did a great job with the light excavation for our garage. Highly recommend!

These guys saved us! We had a serious plumbing emergency and I called a few companies. These guys were able to move some things around and they came right away. David was at our house for 7 hours and he was polite, knowledgeable, as quick as could be, and just an overall pleasant person. We will always call Kinetics first from here on out. I feel that the pricing was very reasonable too.
