Paitson & Son Home Improvement

Last fall i purchased a new home. After the inspection I was made aware that it was time for a new roof. I had heard great things about Paitson and Son from friends so they were my first call. I met with Justin from Paitson and Son and he went over all of the options for materials and scheduling. He was very easy to contact and made this a smooth process. Paitson and Son had a roofing crew out the following Monday and the job was completed by that Tuesday afternoon. I cannot recommend this company enough if you’re looking for transparency, honesty, and quality !

Friendly and professional customer service. Very helpful. Happy with color choices of shingles for my roof. The roof was done in one day and very well done. A satisfied customer! Highly recommend this local company!!

Paitson came to my home to give me an estimate on my roof. Everything was explained and a day or two later I received the estimate which was pretty close to what I thought it should be. They had to order the shingles I wanted, but they came in pretty quickly. Scheduling took about two weeks, since I’m not their only customer. The crew showed up at the scheduled time, and proceeded to rip off my old shingles. I noticed that they only ripped off what they could replace that day. My roof was never left unprotected from the weather. The entire job took 3 days, and so far, I’ve not found any loose roofing nails on the ground. So, yes. I would definitely recommend Paitson and Son for your roofing needs. My new roof looks great. And, oh yeah, they found some broken wood up there, and replaced it

I have used Paitson & Son for home improvements over the last few years: roof, guttering/soffits, and most recently, a window enlargement with new window. They and their staff are always friendly, courteous and prompt. If there's a question about their work, just ask and they'll provide an answer (I'd had questions about new roof, mostly about materials and process). I think their prices are reasonable - they underbid two other companies for the roofing job and also explained to me the reason they were able to do that. I recommend them.

I had a great experience with Paitson and sons. We had a new roof on the house and garage and new siding and a couple of windows on the house. Steve has a great crew of workers. Extremely nice and personable and hard workers. Steve checked on them several time throughout the project and kept me updated on everything. I will definitely use them for anything else I need in the future.
