They were able to come out in no time after my call. All three were very respectful and polite. I’m recently divorced with kids and had a mess I hardly understand, I thought I did a good job uncovering the lid for the septic just for them to get here and inform me I had only uncovered the secondary so the first still needed dug out. With branches and vines covering the area… I offered for them to come back when they were free and I’d get to work digging it out but they borrowed my chainsaw and made quick work getting the main uncovered. They were so nice about the entire thing. Will be calling them again soon for some more problems that were discovered and anything in the future!

I have reached out to this company on multiple occasions to inspect my septic system. They have informed me on multiple times that they would show up to my place and inspect my septic. They never showed up until I called them 7 or so times. The time that they showed up to inspect my septic I was not there. They informed me that my septic is fine and described it as a specific system. A week later I had issues. When I inspected it, I noticed my main septic line is clogged with roots. He charged me a service cost of $95 but I believe he never showed up. They have yet to call me back now.

I called and they were able to get out to my house the same day. The two gentlemen that showed up were very polite. The price was reasonable especially for the dirty job they have to do. They will be my go to guys for any future septic needs.

Amazing service in a timley manor. I called and within the hour they had m on the schedule within the hour. Incredibly nice individuals who stand behind their work as well they should. Sutherland is top of the food chain in my book.

They did a great job installing my septic system. Sutherland was professional and courteous and was great at communicating the status of the job with me. Highly recommend.
