My entire experience was wonderful. The entire work staff were professional, understanding and very knowledgeable. I could not be more pleased that I decided to go with the family own business John Wayne Plumbing.

Could not have asked for more top notch service from this company! We have been dealing with plumbing issues and hold ups(insurance )for about 3 weeks. When we were finally able to go ahead and schedule, John Wayne plumbing was promptly on time and ran into a LOT more problems than we all bargained for. They not only powered through(a half day job turned into into the night. Other companies would have called it a day, especially on a Friday, but they kept great attitudes and worked hard to get us completed. Will absolutely call them in the future!

Solved my water flow problem! I'm very happy that I met and had Andrew and Mattew as my plumber. Andrew is very professional and nice. They help me diagnostic a very complicated issue with low hot water flow in my bathrooms. They successfully extracted a plastic check valve ball that's stucked in the hot water pipe! High recommended!

John Wayne‘s plumber responded during after hours when no other local plumbers would. Their technician was fast, friendly, and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Discovered septic tank was full and toilets could not be used just prior to leaving town for med apt at UNC Chapel Hill. Advised by neighbor who oversaw septic pumping that main line was stopped and toilets still unusable. Contact John Wayne plumbing and they came out the next day and unstopped the line quickly and efficiently. The lady in the office was competent, compassionate and professional. Highly recommend this company.
