John’s Pest Control takes great care of my home! They’re always professional, on time, and thorough with every service. I love that they explain what they’re doing, use effective treatments, and make sure I never have any bug issues between visits. I would definitely recommend John’s Pest Control. We have been customers for several years now. Only once have they needed to come out to re-service our yard and home between regular treatment. This didn’t cost us, and they were able to fit us in the same day. Sarah is an excellent technician—very friendly, prompt, and communicative. She always remembers the problem areas and treats accordingly. I’ve also found John’s Pest Control to be a lot more affordable for routine service than a lot of places.

Always appreciate David coming to our home for the inspections and maintenance to the exterior bait stations. Always friendly, professional, and just a pleasure to know and work with. Stay away from John’s Pest Control!! Service has declined!! Our house was John’s 5th customer (prior owners) and we have been customers for 10 years. Our siding is cedar and John provided termite bating/monitoring and general pest control. Until recently, we were happy with them. But in September (2022) I found 5 or 6 roaches (Tree and German) right after we had a few items brought in from storage, so I called Sarah, our technician and asked her to spray inside. She refused, even though we have paid for pest control for 10 years and rarely ask for interior spraying. To the best of my knowledge they did not monitor our termite baiting system in September as our contract requires. They will not return my calls or emails, even when I leave a message specifically for John, the owner. The

John is the best! He uses cleaner stuff to get the bugs, and we never see them anymore. Our old house attracts a lot of critters and he goes above and beyond to make sure we are covered. If we have ever seen anything he makes sure to come back out and take care of it. He’s very punctual and they’re very easy to work with. Thank you all for all you do to keep the bugs and bees away!!!
