He has the knowledge. skills and ability to not only get our deep well pump pulled out and replaced but also patients and willingness to answer my many questions about ours and other area wells. Ours was not an emergency as the old one was in fact still working ok but as it was over 30 years old and I noticed some black material in the bottom of our water filter I wanted to avoid turning on a faucet and having nothing so I thought it was time to have it checked out. Come to find out yes in fact while working ok to day it was showing its age. Buck showed me the amps it was pulling on start up as well as a burned up contact set. Very knowledgeable and did great work! My well pump suddenly shorted out (cheap pump replaced previously by what I would imagine was the lowest quote) and I was told everything to check before they came out and ended up replacing it within 2 days. He was very straightforward with me about everything that needed to be done and every possibility that could happen. Highly recommend!

We lost water at 3:40pm on Friday of Labor Day weekend. Who answers the phone on a Friday pm of Labor Day weekend? Bucky, that’s who!! He answered and worked through some things over the phone AND showed up the next morning! We had water by noon. He was awesome and reasonably priced, especially on a holiday weekend. I didn't actually have them come out because I'm apparently out of their service area, but Mr. Johnson was very generous with his time and knowledge over the phone and was able to guide me to try to resolve my issue on my own. If I were in the service area, this would be my go to for well service, hands down.
