I really liked the professionalism with this company. Their estimates were detailed and accurate. The septic system they installed was very expensive but it is the best available and will be cost effective in the long run. There were some design/installation challenges along the way but they were able to overcome these. It took a little longer than promised but I have worked most of my life in construction and understand the logistical issues especially in the middle of a pandemic. The only constructive feed back I have is that I wanted to be there when they were finishing but was not given the opportunity and that frustrated me and caused them an unnecessary come back to finish the work. Overall communication could be better but the results are great.

They were quick to provide an estimate on excavation for our new build and we signed with them. We had a deadline with our builder and when we got closer to the deadline, I reached out to see when they planned to begin. I made the mistake of disclosing that our builder would significantly charge us if we didn't meet our excavation deadline. Jon M Thompson then said they couldn't meet the deadline unless we paid them an extra $20,000 over the estimate. This was excavation for a relatively flat lot with 2 trees. Luckily we were able to find another company who completed the work on time. It felt very shady for them to increase prices like that when the deadline had been known all along. We first contacted them 5 months before the deadline and they left us scrambling to find another excavator

Responsive initially, personable interaction but after requesting a quote on 2 options they suggested, never heard back from them again...even after my email followup. Conclusion: they’re not interested and wasted our time. 5 stars for the initial enthusiasm, minus 2 for the lack of followup = 3 stars.

Great customer service, timely work, very professional. Will do business again.
