Short version: This company miscommunicated with me every step of the way, tried to charge me for work they never did, and then ghosted me. Long version: I was selling my house and needed to get some roof repairs done quickly after it went under contract. The buyer reached out to Jose Ochoa Roofing to get a quote while I worked with another company who I had used in the past.
