I rarely post a negative review, but this has got to be the most blatant and unprofessional disregard for customer service and satisfaction that I’ve ever dealt with. I had a very expensive chip seal road done almost a year ago that has areas that are a trench of dirt or mud if it rains or at every cement transition (carport, sidewalks, or barn entrance) that kick up loose rocks that drag or kick all over the concrete. I have to sweep all the rocks off of the concrete that are kicked in because of the excess rocks (or insufficient tar base) that were used.There are areas with so many rocks that were over applied that it leaves tracks in the road where the vehicles drive over. My husband and I had our driveway chip sealed in February 2024. Our contract came with a 2 year warranty and Joseph assured us they would come back and fix errors or any problems. There were some corners that didnt get covered at all, and when Joseph was shown he was very apologetic and said he would come back the next week and fix it. However, he never showed up. And then we attempted to call him and text him several times with no response. Both my husband and I attempted to contact for several months. I felt a responsibility to write a review to warn potential customers to be present for the work to make sure its being done correctly and to understand that the company does not intend on honoring any warranty.
