Used to be good place. Installed my HVAC when we built, so I called to have them fix a water heater. They no-showed the first day. Then showed up 2 hours late on the reschedule date, while I was out for an appointment, serviced the wrong appliance, and then no-showed the next day too when they said they would be back. Waited an hour and a half before finally leaving for work.
Feeling grateful & warm....JR Comerford & Son...Thomas came out this evening and found out what our issue was. Got us up & running while the replacement part was ordered.
Recently had a boiler issue that was giving me a lot of trouble. Thomas and his worker went out of their way to help me find the solution. Many thanks to them. I won’t hesitate to call them again.
Excellent customer service. Fast response times. Best prices around!
The Owner of this company hired us to complete a demolition project for them and then never paid us for our work. Thomas Brathen is not to be trusted.
