First experience was great! We needed a septic pump and Emrie got me scheduled two days later. Pricing up front and reasonable, even better with a discount. They had a couple cancelations and Emrie called back immediately and informed us they could complete it same day. I was present the whole pumping, asking questions and learning a few things. Excellent communication and service!

Blake was friendly, courteous, and professional. He got to work quickly and had our septic tank pumped and the job completed in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

Dangerous company to allow to work on your home. Owner is very unprofessional and does not care about the safety of your home or family. They installed our septic system in our newly built home in 2021. The septic still doesn't work correctly. They installed a septic pump incorrectly, did not bring in an electrician to install the electrical of the pump & just did it themselves, out of code, nor did they pull a permit for the electric work. We learned this after having to pay another septic company & electrician to have it installed correctly. Was informed by the electrician we were lucky our home had not burned down due to the poor electric work. We reached out to the company & advised the owner of the work her guys had done & what the electrician said. The owner just laughed & refused to

Came out the same day to pump our septic. Knowledgeable and took the extra time to determine how many septic tanks we had. Even went above and beyond and tried to pull out the clog. Great company.
