Guys were very organized and knowledgeable. Some with over 30 years experience. Had my pool assembled in a few hours and even gave me some good tips on how to prolong the life of the pool. Was worried about ordering a pool online and finding a good company to install. Well peeps don’t worry like I did just hire this crew and you’ll be happy. Thanks again jrl !!!

Edit: This company ended up going above and beyond to figure out what went wrong and how to prevent it it from happening again. They corrected the issue over the course of multiple weeks, not their fault it took so long. They did this at no cost to me. They worked with us every step of the way and didn't stop until the job was completed correctly and to our satisfaction. Would recommend them and will use them when I replace our pool entirely. Contacted to replace pool liner with recommendation from Niagra Pool & Spa. Wife was told to purchase play sand as they would remove the old sand and put in the new, they never did. John and his crew did an amazing job installing our new liner. They were very professional, friendly and courteous. They all seemed to really care about doing a nice job. We had had some issues with our pool. John suggested excellent solutions which they installed before the liner. Also, the office staff answered every time I called, and got back to me when I left messages.

Came at 7am. to install the pool before the storm hit at 11 am. Finished by 10 am. Had to call to have a small issue fixed. They promptly returned the next day and quickly fixed the issue. The Liner looks great with not a wrinkle in sight.

I initially left a positive review, after install, the guys all had positive attitudes and they didnt leave any trash behind, they used plimbing that i didnt provide for hard piping and didnt charge me for it. So their service was professional. The walls were a little wavy, I inquired, they came back no problem, drained it and stabilized the walls, no big deal, I didn't fuss about the water bill to fill it back up. Now I get in for the first time, and the metal that spans across the pool is protruding up an inch. Everywhere you step, your foot sinks into the sand underneath. The walls are sagging outwards on the sides. The bottom of my pool is like the moon. I didn't see all the reviews before we hired them.
