A literal mom and pop operation. Steve came to my house one day, did measurements and ordered a mini-split appropriate for the size of my insulated garage. His price quote was much lower than other big mini-split installers in the area, yet he's licensed Fujitsu and sold me with his knowledge of the features and the "if you have a problem, please let me know" attitude. It took a few weeks to arrive due to post-pandemic shortages, but Steve texted me every week with an update. Steve and his wife eventually came to my house and did the install in just a couple hours. My Fujitsu mini split has been keeping my garage hot/cool for over 3 years without any issue.
