Wish I would have read the reviews before going with them. Big mistake. Would give 0 stars if I could. 100% don’t recommend JTS pools. They don’t stand behind their product. They don’t answer calls or emails. They’ll promise you they’ll help before you buy the product and say they’ll be there every step of the way but as soon as you pay for it they wipe their hands of it. Their “contractors” are a joke who will scam you as well. Then JTS pools will say they just recommend them even though the contractors say how they get business is JTS pools and that’s who they work for. One of their contractors told me JTS sold me a lemon and was not at all what I paid for. Long story short. Wanted a pool liner installation. Poorly done work. Continually tried to call to correct the problem. Said they would come out and would not show up. Tried calling owner SEVERAL times and when they asked who was calling all of a sudden he was on vacation. Owner screens calls. Left messages for Jim to call back. He never did.Worker that did the work admitted it was not done properly. Problem was never corrected and full payment was made to this company. Pics show some of the wrinkles and gaps that are going to eventually rip. I would not recommend them to anyone! Awful.

Completely unprofessional. They messed up the pool measurements and said they needed to go measure again. After waiting for 2 weeks and still not hearing from them I called to inquire about when they would go measure. I was told thai Daryl was in charge of the account and would have to call me back. After a week of not hearing back from them I called again since the installation date was getting closer. Again didn't hear back from them. Over the next week I called 3 times since the pool needed to be measured again, liner needed to be ordered, and the installation date was 3 weeks away. I finally got a call back from Daryl and was told that since I was mistreating his employees he would not be installing the liner. I asked how I mistreated his employees but he couldn't answer that question.

I would NOT recommend this company. I had to follow up numerous times to get a response on when they were coming out. They finally came out, did measurements, said they would call by end of the week…never end. I had to call and ask, the lady who answered was rude and said it takes a bit and would call when the estimate was in, didn’t ask for my information or anything. Called again this week, spoke with a gentlemen who was very nice and assured he would request for an update and follow up. The gentlemen did follow up and said they had an estimated but could not install the liner like they advised due to the pool being sand bottom. With only two pool stores in town and both having similar prices and rating I figured what could I lose by choosing either store? Apparently my patience. As someone who works in sales, I’ll admit I may have high expectations for customer service but I’m usually pretty understanding IF there is communication along the way. I was told my pool would be in a week after I placed the order. It took 3 weeks. I had to call for updates myself, was never called by anyone in the store. The installers list I was given was short and disappointing. After having to call Darryl at JTS about the lack of the installers response, I eventually (a week later) got a call back. The installers successfully installed my pool but my yard now looks like a motor bike race track. If I could have gotten my money bac
