Great service from the office and from Jacob and Steve. About 1hour after I called office Jacob and Steve showed up. The pricing was easy to understand and they started loading the truck. I was able to schedule an appointment in less than 12 hours. The rate was super reasonable and the team members explained everything to me beforehand. They were so professional and efficient (the whole process including moving the couch took less than 10 minues!)! Highly recommend Junk Smiths if you need removal services. 10/10
