Justice Plumbing came out to replace a hose bib and did a solid job. The plumber was courteous, professional, and very friendly throughout the visit. The work itself was done well and efficiently. The only reason I didn’t give a 5-star review is pricing. For a roughly 30-minute, one-person job, the cost felt unusually high. The plumber did work with me on the price, which I appreciated, but even with that adjustment it was still above what I would consider reasonable for the scope of work. At $428 total for a relatively inexpensive part plus labor, the effective hourly rate felt excessive and nearly caused me to cancel the service. Overall, good workmanship and customer service, but pricing transparency and alignment with industry norms would go a long way toward earning that fifth star.

Once the 2026 freeze starting to thaw, I noticed on my way out the door to go to work, I had an outdoor, above ground water leak to a faucet. Apparently, I had not wrapped it enough. I called to get a repair estimate. I was advised it would cost $95 for someone to come look at it but that would be applied towards the repair. The tech came and looked at it and sent me a photo of a failed PVC fitting. He quoted $438 to repair. I declined. I made the repair myself for $20, because I bought glue, and took less than 20 minutes. If techs are really making $1,254, I am in the wrong line of work. Still paid $95 for the tech to pull back insulation and send a photo of a broken PVC fitting.

A few plumbing issues , all minor and quickly fixed. Serviceman able to increase poor water flow from 2 faucets, showed me how to reset water leak valve on hot water heater and fix drain leak from clawfoot tub. Employee was friendly and professional, and showed me what was causing the issues and corrections made. Very pleased with this company, and there was no charge as under warranty. I highly recommend Justice Plumbing - this was my 2nd time to call them, and will definitely call again.

Karl installed a water filtration system on our main water line and did a fantastic job!!! He also recently repaired one of our outside faucets that was leaking. So refreshing to receive quality service and workmanship from this company and their employees; each and every time. From the moment you speak to the office, set an appointment, quotes, updates and a call as to when the technician is headed to our home, explanation of the plan of repair, to completion, always professional and organized. Karl and all employees have been very courteous and knowledgeable Wonderful to be working with true professionals! I highly highly recommend!

Called Justice to have 2 bathroom sink faucets replaced and two out door water hydrants replaced or repaired. Bruce wanted $1375 for the job as a journeyman plumber. I got another bid for about $1000 less from 3D within 30 minutes. Bruce was polite and professional but the bid was absolutely absurd.
