I had a wonderful experience with JZ Restoration with replacing all 25 windows and patio door. First, the estimate that Marco gave us was very detailed and he gave a us a few options on our windows. He was honest and gave great suggestions. The office manager, Mariana, kept us updated on the delivery and project updates. We have high ceilings and had had arched windows replaced. When Marco started removing patio door, he noticed there was water damage. He removed all the damaged area before proceeding with replacing the sliding door. In addition he also replaced our door knob, storm door, fixed part of our garage siding/frame that was broken, and our front door seal. ✨️JZ Restoration recently completed a full roof replacement on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the beginning, they took the time to review my needs and walk me through every step of the project. In addition to replacing the roof, they updated other roofing components to improve the overall efficiency of my home. They kept me informed every step of the way and completed the project in a very timely manner. While working, they noticed areas with rotted wood and took care of replacing the fascia, soffit, and other damaged sections. They also installed gutters on my garage and replaced the existing gutters on my house, leaving everything looking clean, sturdy, and pristine. Marco and his team did a fantastic job replacing the siding on the front of our house! He was thorough, communicated each step of the project very clearly, and his craftsmanship is truly amazing! We are so happy with the results and would happily use his services again for any future projects.

I am thoroughly satisfied and very happy with the excellent job that Marco and his crew did removing the 4 ' x 10' exterior panels and wood trim enclosing my fireplace chimney. It was a daunting job for them to have to work in frigid temperatures perched on scaffolding high above the ground. Removing all of the damaged panels was already an accomplishment in and of itself. Rebuilding everything with new materials also went very smoothly. They were extremely meticulous with their work, and gave me excellent advice on how to improve on what was originally there, including suggestions on how to prevent the same damage from happening again. In the end everything turned out beautifully. It was a quality job from top to bottom. I plan to hire them again for another project that I have lined up!

We recently had our bay window replaced and couldn’t be happier with the result. During the project, Marco and his team discovered more damage than expected, but instead of cutting corners, they took the time to do a complete and proper replacement. Their communication throughout the process was excellent—they kept us informed every step of the way.
