I cannot recommend Kathy’s Creative Gardens highly enough. Kathy and Logan were exceptional from start to finish on our Sawgrass property. Their timeliness, prompt communication, and attention to detail were outstanding. They demonstrated true thought leadership in plant placement — carefully considering palette, texture, scale, and overall cohesion to ensure the landscape reflected the refined Coastal Luxury aesthetic we were aiming for. They were proactive in their follow-up, even circling back to address additional sod work around the patio and driveway pavers to ensure the finished product was seamless. Update: I am having to pay another landscaping company to address issues that Kathy's landscaping did not address -- I paid over $10,000 specifically for privacy trees which were not installed with precision. Kathy does not stand behind customer satisfaction — they are poor communicators and will nickel and dime you when there are issues that arise due to their lack of attention and quality issues. Instead of a professional response to my concerns, i was met with pure defensiveness from the owner. As a business owner myself, I am sharing this review as a heads up to others. I stand behind my customer's satisfaction and put my customers first so my standards are high when it comes to businesses addressing any issue a customer may have.

We just used Kathy and her crew for a good-sized landscape installation at our house. She was great to work with, helping plan the project I envisioned and working with me to get it to fit our budget. Her crew was very hard-working and efficient and we couldn't believe everything they accomplished during a two day installation. We really low how it turned out- highly recommend!
