Let me second what Rick said in his review below. I could not be happier with the work done by Katin Builders. John Kelly and Matt Sniffen went way above and beyond to make our extensive home renovation perfect. They completed the job on time, showed up every day, fixed everything we asked them to do, and remained easy and pleasant to deal with throughout the process. Highest recommendation! Katin did a kitchen remodel for me which included a wall removal. Just an outstanding job all around. They managed the subcontractors efficiently and worked to give me exactly what I wanted. John, the project manager was on site every day, and the workers were punctual and neat in their work. Even more importantly, they stand by their work- coming back after a year to touch up where expected settling had occurred. Highly recommended- would definitely hire again.

After suffering a devastation loss due to flooding by Hurricane Sandy, I contracted Katin to do my home's renovation. As strange as it may seem, I don't have even one complaint. They were friendly, professional, and did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it. My wife was pregnant throughout this period, and despite the fact they were swamped with work after the storm, they worked diligently to get the important areas of the house ready before the baby came. All their sub contractors were great as well. They all did superior work, and were always available when I needed to speak to them. I expect work to be done well, and as I look over my home, I can't find any flaws at all. Two months after the job was finished, I needed the contractor to fill out paperwo

John is great to work with and was very collaborative on my project.
