Made a claim a week ago about a terrible and failing carpet installation, Keller called said they would get someone to look at the installation to make a determination. Damaged the entire new stairwell walls, carpet is lumping in the center the stairs, it is not attached along the edges of the stairs, fraying on all edges. Scheduled them to arrive next day to inspect, they stood us up with a complete no show, no call, no response. 2 days later no responses, and no solution. Will be contacting Lowes for a complete refund. Do not use this installer!

The carpet install we paid for through Lowes was perfect. The vinyl sheet linoleum installer is horrible. Terrible communication skills, ofter requiring going through his corporate office or lowes directly. We paid in November and he didn't schedule install until mid January. Was supposed to start the 12th, but no one showed up or called. Called lowes and the installer had told them he couldn't install as we still had all of the old stuff down. I had removed all of the old stuff, he just didn't bother to check and instead told lowes to refund install fees. Problem is, my mom lives here and is having knee replacement surgery the 19th. The first installer called at 12:00 to tell me carpet was damaged so I called Lowe’s and they immediately cut another piece. Installer was nowhere to be found, never called and could not get in touch with office all day. Received a call that week from a very insincere woman who assured me there would be a new installer on Thursday at 9:30, he shows up at 11:30 with 600 feet of carpet for a different job I was only having basement stairs done. Called Lowe’s and carpet was still in warehouse. Scott said he would go pick it up and be back. Never showed up never called and could not contact the office all day and into the next day. Elio was great. Best experience I had with a carpet install. Elio was prepared, on-time, and efficient with his work. Carpet looks great in my home. I recommend Keller Interiors and Elio for the install.

The installer themselves are great. They installed my floors and took the extra time to make sure it was done right. Keller as a company is horrible! Their delivery person was creepy and unprofessional. Made comments about my appearance and asked me if I live alone. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I tried to call Keller more than once about this and they didn’t care. I was promised someone would call me about this and they never did. Even if it was only someone flirting, it’s not professional. The agent I spoke with rushed me off the phone each time and didn’t care. Just her tone alone made that clear. We had several jobs we were looking to have done in our home. Since Keller is the installer for Lowe’s in my area, we will have to find someone else.
