I work with a plumbing company and use Keller a lot. Never Monroe location. Deryle is always very rude. They never have any parts you need. And just overall terrible to deal with. Fix your location Keller. Love the company just not the Monroe Keller. Seems a lot of people agree with me.

We're a general contractor and had an account with Keller. We were refused service and asked to leave because we were wearing masks. Twice. The first time I thought it was a bad joke or a misunderstanding, but the second time the employee said explicitly that he would not sell us anything because we were wearing masks. We've since taken our business to Ferguson. You should too. Try the Bellevue store, it's top notch and the employees aren't malicious lunatics.

Called to see if they had USA made Wolverine Brass plumbing supplies and the guy had never heard of them. Wolverine is 120 yo company that has 67 million in annual sales revenue. Asked if they had any USA made parts and couldn't answer. Said he would have to go to the warehouse to check country of origin on every box. You lost my confidence in your business from your lack of knowledge in the industry you serve. God Bless America

I'm a home owner and these guys were great in helping me get the part for a broken toilet filler valve. Good folks to work with I recommend them.

Very irritating, when I called in my opinion it sounded like the guy was on meth, very impatient talked a million miles and hour, wouldn’t listen, very stressed out, word to the owner get someone else.
