They came to unstop a small sink during business hours. The two men were here less than thirty minutes (one watching/one working) and easily unstopped my sink. Two days later I got my bill and all it said was $365.00 with no explanation of any of the charges, just an amount due. When I booked the appointment they told me they really didn't have set rates and would look at the job on site and give me an estimate. I thought that was fair. However, That Never Happened. When I called to discuss my bill he said his plumbers got paid $200/hr and there was an equipment cost. I said ok but they were gone in 30 minutes. He said we don't bill anything less than an hour.
