The process was smooth from start to finish — measurements were confirmed at our home, the design was sent for our approval, and installation was scheduled right on time. The two installers were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to have in our home. Our new kitchen countertops look fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier. We had a very positive experience with Kentucky Solid Surface. Measurements & installation were done very professionally. Lauren’s assistance in the showroom was excellent. We were told that the countertops we selected typically take 3-4 weeks to get. We were pleasantly surprised that they were actually ready for installation in about 2 weeks. Communication was great & especially appreciated the photo of installer before he showed up at our door.
