Kerrs Concrete

At JPRCG we don’t order concrete from anywhere else, period. The product is good quality, but to be honest you’ll probably get that from about any ready mix supplier. Where Kerrs sets themselves apart is how they treat their customers. Even as a new and pretty low order volume customer, we were treated like a valued client since day one. The drivers, dispatch, and especially our outstanding sales rep (Loren is the best!) have always been helpful and as accommodating as one can be in the concrete industry. To each customer every order they fill is the highest priority and they constantly have to deal with things like weather and other unexpected situations changing schedules at the last minute more often than not. One of the concrete trucks lost a rock heading south on 321 and dinged my windshield. I got a photo of the truck and number and contacted the company. I was asked to drop off a notice of my insurance deductible and they would pay to have the windshield replaced. Since then they instead decided to ignore the situation. This company apparently lacks integrity. You should consider that before doing business with them.

I have dealt with Kerrs on numerous occasions, for both my business and my personal projects. I can't fault them. they've always shown up on time, with good concrete and helpful drivers. (Understanding,when we aren't quite ready for them). They are my go-to when I need concrete. I would definitely recommend.

The truck showed up two hours late. Once they got there the driver was very helpful. Good product, right amount. Would use them again as long as we can work out time of delivery.

I have attempted to post this review many times, but the company continues to attempt to take review down. So, I'll start over. I witnessed this company in February rinse off their concrete truck in historic Oakwood cemetery in Hickory, NC. This is the second time I've witnessed this, both times in the cemetery. Both occasions left a huge mess in the cemetery, just feet away from graves. I have reported them to the city of Hickory on both occasions and the Hickory taxpayer has paid to have gravel, cement that was dumped on cemetery grounds cleaned up. As a previous reviewer stated, this company appears to lack integrity. You can see previous pictures under photos that I have posted of what I am referencing.
