Excellent workmanship. Great prices. So knowledgeable and easy to work with! Highly recommend! The flooring was exactly as we wanted. 3/4” hardwood in a dark color. Installation was perfect. Diana Holleran was our sales rep and she was fabulous to work with. We had them install both wood and carpeting. The workmanship met my commercial construction project manager’s satisfaction and he is a perfectionist!

When our church was flooded, we reached out to Kevin’s Carpets. They were so very helpful in a very stressful time! We received an estimate from Diana very quickly. The pricing was great…so we were able to replace what was damaged in the lower section as well as purchase extra so the transition to the next level was seamless!! The install went well and the carpet is great for hiding any spills…🤩. We also were able to have extra sections of the carpet to replace if needed! We so appreciate Kevin’s Carpets!! It made a very disheartening circumstance a little easier to deal with and come out looking better than ever!

This company was amazing to work with! We had both carpet and hardwood placed in our home and we are thrilled with the results! The installers were great and left no mess, could not have been more pleased. The whole process was wonderful and will definitely be a repeat customer.

We had our entire home flooring replaced by Kevin's Carpets, using a combination of both wood and carpet. All flooring still looks great and we have been entirely happy with our choice. Not only do they have many options available but they treated us like family. We definitely plan to use them in the future for all of our flooring needs.

PLEASE AVOID! While Kevin's Carpets was a thriving business for more than 20 years, they have admitted financial troubles recently that, according to my own experience and other reviews, are becoming expensive problems for their customers to rectify. We ordered carpet and laminate in early August. There was no rush on the carpet, but we were told to expect "a week or two" on the laminate. After a month, and numerous excuses, we cancelled the entire $8,000+ order. A full refund was promised, but more than a month has passed and we have only received $5,000 cash back. When we tried to recoup the rest, we were told by Kevin "we have no money currently" and follow up discussions have yielded the same result. This business model is not sustainable, and our experience was quite deceptive. Kevi
