On January 15, 2026 i had my roof replaced and the siding replaced on my chimney. I have to admit the workers did a great job on the roof and replacing the siding. However the job was not completed how I wanted it and the owner of the company never acknowledged that he didn't do what was asked and did not apologize for his mistake. But he did ask for more money to replace some rotten OSB Also the dumpster was left to long without a call back on when it would be removed. Overall Kev's renovation was not detailed or willing to correct his mistakes. Would i use his services again i have to say no, would I hire the workers on my on and not through Kev's renovation maybe.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. We suffered massive water damage in my upstairs bathroom that caused the ceiling over the living room, downstairs bathroom, hallway downstairs, laundry room, and upstairs hallway to also be damaged and flooded. We had been dealing back and forth with the insurance company and had no idea where to go and how to navigate this process. Thats when I was introduced to K & N Renovations. They came in assessed the problem and got to work on making our house whole again. I am pleased with their kindness, work ethic, and the work that was done. 10/10 would recommend!!!! I have hired Kevin for several projects and have been extremely happy with all of the work he has done for me. I have hired him for exterior siding/painting, tree removal, inside remodeling, and roof replacement and I would not consider hiring anyone else but Kevin. He has always taken care of me and made sure I was well pleased at the completion of each job. His prices are very reasonable and the work has always been of the highest quality and I think he is the one of the most honest contractors I have ever dealt with. Excellent Work and Professional Service! Kevin of K&N Renovations did an outstanding job repairing our home after a water pipe burst. They completely renovated our bathroom—replacing the tile floor, vanity, and toilet—and the results look beautiful. In the garage, they replaced damaged drywall and insulation, then painted everything so it looks brand new. They also replaced crown molding and painted our dining area with great attention to detail. The team was professional, efficient, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. Communication was excellent, and they completed the job on schedule. I’m very pleased with the quality of their work and highly recommend K&N Renovations for any home repair or remodeling project.

K&N Renovation has completed several projects for me and my family. After the tornado we had some roof damages and the insurance company wanted to pay for a small section repair, Kevin negotiated with the insurance and it was covered. The roof looks amazing. K&N also did some in-home remodeling. The kitchen sink and counter tops replaced. The cabinet under the sink had rotted from a leak. They not only replaced the shelf bit all the support hardware. Same the the bathroom. K&N Renovations does amazing work and in a timely manner. Definitely recommend.
