KEYSMART LOCK

Zack was great! The texting feature they have is a great customer service tool that I used. I text Zack and the same day he was out fixing my issue. He came out on Christmas Eve and reprogrammed my older key fob so I could have a spare key. He was very polite and explained the entire process with me and explained the pricing which was accurate! I highly recommend Zack and the company Keysmart Locksmith LLC.

Daughter’s truck only came with one fob and it sucked anyway. Had an issue today and had to call. Overall pleased with the service. They were responsive to email and had someone out in just over an hour. (He had come sooner than that, but abruptly left before we could meet him. Turns out they had an emergency call animal in a car.) Price was a little different than I was quoted initially, but still not the worst. Tech was very nice and patient as we ran into a couple of issues on our side as well.

I called this locksmith at 9:21 PM, they were at my house by 9:35 PM, and had the door open by 9:40 PM. When your dog locks you out of your house late at night (yes, really), this is the company to call. Huge thank you to Temo for the incredibly fast response and great service! 10 out of 10!

I accidentally locked myself out of my car and what started as a really frustrating moment turned into such an easy experience. They arrived in less than 10 minutes and had my car unlocked in under 5 minutes without any damage. The staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and personable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them to anyone… 100% satisfied!

The two gentlemen were very nice and were fairly quickly able to program two aftermarket fobs I purchased online for my truck, as well as cut two new physical keys. They likey saved me hundreds of dollars compared to getting new fobs/keys from an actual dealership where just a single new fob can cost between $200-$500. I would certainly use them again!
