Keystone Relocation

Just wanted to report back that the move-in went very well. John moved us out of our old place and into the new. Last week he moved everything out of storage in PA, drove it to Michigan, then he and his local crew of two moved everything in with no damage to the items, and no damage to any walls or floors. They were also pleasant to interact with and seemed to take the same care that I would, if not more. (protect and cover floors, walls, staircases, etc.). Thanks for storing our stuff in your warehouse for 3 months, and for taking on our move in such trying times… A very happy customer. Steve

Extremely poor communication, lack of accountability, lost items, received households goods that belonged to another customer, didn’t receive a locked in rate nor was I offered, quick to pass the blame on other parties, I am still missing items, I wished I would haves used ATLAS or Mayflower.
