KG Winston and Son Plumbing and Heating LLC

I have had several plumbers but none come close to KG Winston. The technician was extremely professional and did a wonderful job on replacing my toilet. I would recommend this company over and over again. Take it from me, you won't be disappointed.

It’s been since 2022 since work was done on my hot water heater. They charged me thousand plus dollars saying they needed to get me up to code and I needed an inspection on the work they did. Charged me for the inspection and I never got the inspection. I have called every year since then not once did they offer to refund me for the inspections. Do not let this company in your house.

My experience with KG Winston and Sons was great. My technician, Bravon provided quick and efficient service. He was polite and professional and answered of all my questions and concerns. The office staff was also professional and patient. Thank you!

If I could give a negative star, I would. Assigned by AHS to diagnosis and fix a toilet leak. They came just fine the next day, but the diagnosis was vague followed by a need for a second visit, followed by no response for a day. Each call was "we are working on the quote, we'll get back to you in a few minutes". They never did. What they did was update the service request on AHS after multiple calls - never to us. During that time we decided to go with a different plumber AND the County who both determined the water ejector they claimed was the issue was in fact new and just fine. These people would have cost at $1600 for no reason at all.The issue turned out to be an simpler issue that cost much less. Incompetent, bad communication. Use at your own risk!

I have never written a review, but due to the damage they have inflicted due to their negligence I have no other alternative. Sent to my home through American Home Shield, to repair a simple leak from my refrigerator's water line, after three visits (and a month passing), I have a massive puddle of water on my floor and a damage to the back panel that covers that covers the electronics. Not only did he not repair the water line, the "plumber" punctured the line which is causing it to spray water up onto the metal covering. The metal covering is pried off the refrigerator and broken off from the screws that is supposed to hold it in place. It is actually worse than before. I cannot understand how this company remains in business. I would give negative stars if possible.
