Kika Cleaning Services

Kika does a great job cleaning even our cluttered house. They usually come in a group of 3 with each person handling a specific job and they are done super quickly and everything is clean again! It is true that being on time is not a strength but now that I understand that, I have no issues being flexible. And they can be flexible too. If we have appointments in the morning we can tell them that and they will adjust schedules for us. Kika has been great for us! The cleaners are always pleasant and respectful and management seems very responsive.

Kika's has an excellent team working with them. Everyone is warm and friendly. They do a good job in a reasonable time frame. The owner is very responsive and communicates by text to let you know appointment times and arrival times. The products they use always smell fresh and clean, never too strong of a scent. They are wonderful with my pets. I feel completely comfortable with this company.

Cristiane and her Kika Cleaning team have been cleaning our home for over 8 years. They are truly a pleasure to deal with. Not only are they thorough, careful and professional, they are trustworthy and honest. Without fail they do an amazing job in an efficient time frame, and they are prompt and reliable. I used Kika cleaning twice. Their quality was fine. I’ve had a service the last three places I’ve lived and their quality is definitely not up to the last two, but not terrible. They severely lack professionalism. They are rude, confrontational, and lack flexibility. I had a cleaning rescheduled (2 weeks in advance) and they never showed. When I called, instead of owning the scheduling mistake they tried to tell me they don’t have cleaners in the area on the rescheduled date (that they confirmed) and that he was doing me a favor by not having cleaners come that day because there would have been a travel fee. So we reschedule again.. cleaners are hours late. My time was at 8 am and they were last because they were ‘finishing up another job’ and they would be there later. Again, either they
